What customers say about Spring Spa
Among the five review excerpts, four give 1 star and one gives 5 stars, which fits the 3.3 overall rating from 22 reviews. Most of the criticism concerns service and tipping rather than the room or the location.
One review from 8 months ago describes a Sunday walk-in about 1.5 hours after opening: the front desk was empty at first, and the requested 60 minute massage was not available. A review from 6 months ago, written by a self-described massage therapist, says the therapist seemed untrained, handled draping poorly, asked for payment before the session and followed the customer to the door about the size of the tip.
Another review from 6 months ago says a $70, 60 minute reflexology booking cost $75 after a 5 dollar card charge, and that the foot rub was relaxing but lasted about 50 minutes and was not reflexology. A review from a year ago reports asking only for reflexology and receiving half a back massage, followed by a tip request.
The positive review, also from a year ago, comes from a second-time visitor with no complaints about either massage, who suggests asking for hard pressure rather than medium.

My adult granddaughter was having some issues with her back and wanted a massage. She found this facility late Saturday night and was elated to see that they took walk-ins and were open on Sunday. We arrived approximately 1 1/2 hours after opening. Upon entering no one was at the front desk but a young lady appeared shortly after we walked in. My GD requested a 60 minute massage. It wasn’t available at the time she was told by the young lady. My Gd asked when it would be available. “Maybe 4 o’clock today but not sure ok?” was the answer. My Gd asked if 4’oclock was definitely available. “I’m not sure ok?” was the answer. My Gd then asked about availability for 12 noon Monday. “Um I don’t know ok?” was the response. So I stepped in and asked if they have an appointment book or an online schedule that she can check for availability. She hands my granddaughter a card and tells her to call the number on the card. It’s the shop number. The same number to the location in which we are currently standing in that doesn’t have an appointment book for this employee to look at to schedule an appointment. Something feels off and we won’t be returning. There was a single truck with an Asian gentleman sitting in it and no other cars in the parking lot. All of the other businesses were closed on this Sunday at this approximate time of 11:40 am. As we were leaving the parking lot we observed an elderly gentleman pull in and exit his car. We thought this was her noon appointment so it settled our bewilderment; temporarily. He didn’t go to this establishment. He walked over to the closed Cricket store, got back into his vehicle and drove off. Therefore we were left feeling the weirdness of this encounter again. We entered a business that was obviously open but couldn’t accommodate a walk—in client nor could she schedule an appointment for a future service.

Very disappointed. Being a massage therapist myself, she clearly has had no training. She had no idea which landmarks to avoid, did not know how to drape properly. Very unprofessional! Took me back to the room, then asked me to pay before, so I did. Afterwards, I left a tip, and she had the nerve to chase me to the door saying it wasn’t enough & how much I needed to leave. Won’t be back; I’m still hurting.

Very poor customer service. I do not recommend. I was the only customer there and came after I had booked an appointment online for a 70 dollar-60 minute “reflexology” appointment. I paid 75 upfront because she said it was a 5 dollar charge to use a card(which is illegal but I agreed and paid it). The foot rub was nice and relaxing, but not reflexology- It lasted about 50 mins. I handed her a 7 dollar tip in cash, and she got mad stating I needed to tip more. She proceeded to grab my receipt and push it in my face saying I needed to tip 20 dollars and told me to write it on the receipt. I told her no multiple times and she kept arguing. She finally stomped away angry and did not look at me anymore as I gathered my things and left. This is not a professional business and after reading reviews I see I am not the first. I wish I would have read the reviews first.

Today was my second time visiting Spring Spa. I have no complaints from either massage; just a bit of advice for you if you decide to go here (or anywhere, probably) for a massage. Unless you’re injured or very highly sensitive, when asked if you want medium or hard, say hard every time. I’ve always asked for medium, but felt more tense and tight than usual this evening so decided to go for hard. I went from tense, nearly cramped - particularly in my shoulders/traps and calves - to trying to make it home without falling sleep. Lili melted my muscles like butter. Never medium again; hard is the way. Thanks, Lili! 🙏

i booked an appointment for this afternoon. I asked just for the reflexology she proceeded to do a half of a back massage. All I wanted was just my feet done. Then she asked me for a tip. It wasn't the best experience in my opinion. I gave her $3.00. I don't think she should have asked me for a tip she didn't do a good of a job. I want be back. Thats probably why the Parking lot is always empty Never again. Highly disappointed
